TRIP ITINERARY:

 

June 26, 27: Depart St. Thomas from Water Island, Honeymoon Beach no later than 2PM local time.

June 20, 30:  Arrive in Isla Margherita, Venezuela (approximately 3 days).

Alternative arrival locations are Islas Los Roques, Venezuela (also in 3 days), or Curcao, Netherlands Antilles (also in 3 days).

The trip to Isla Margherita is approximately 445 nm; to Los Roques just over 400 nm; to Curacao 445 nm. The alternative locations may be chosen depending on the wind strength and direction.

The current weather predictions show a period of clearing skies, winds from the East, gradually clocking to the ESE and possibly SE, and building from under 10 knots on June 26 to 15 - 20 knots from June 28 onward.

Waves will generally be from the same direction as the wind, with the average highest 1/3 of the waves estimated to be 4 - 7 feet.
